SZMET is actively involved together with other partners in the development of a harmonized gift and talent training manual, which has been recognized and adopted by the Ministry of Education Science and Technology for use in rolling out the program in the education system in Kenya. This would ensure its quality program delivery and sustainability in the long run.  There are plans for making it available and accessible in print and online.
